I am not one to sit still or watch TV.. All i want to do is lay on my new couch and relax. The family spent 3 days vegatating together and we absolutely love this sofa. The only complaint I can say is the backs of each piece are not aligning 100% . But its not enough for me to return it. Id buy another when this one's had its day. I spent a lot of time looking for the right sofa and we're so thrilled with it.

I was skeptical about buying a couch from an online store I hadn't heard of before, but I went with my gut and I'm so glad I did! I love the couch and it looks fantastic in my living room. I was able to assemble it in an hour or so by myself. I spent the whole weekend lounging on it after assembling. Really glad it came with pillows too.
The only downside was the delivery folks who delivered it to my apartment lobby instead of my front door, so I had to push and slide the boxes down a couple of hallways!
I was really skeptical about this online purchase, but I have to say it’s beautiful, easy to assemble, soft just as advertised, the color is perfect. I had a little rip in one of the bases but it was quick and easy communicating with customer service to get it replaced. Not a fan of the zip on arm rest, but other than that love this couch and color
When I made my purchase online I accidentally used the wrong promo code and when I reached out they immediately gave me a refund for the difference. I reached out on the weekend and they got back to me within a few hours!
The couches were easy to assemble. They took about 2 days to fluff up and are comfortable. If you’re looking for awesome customer service, this is a great company to buy from!

I really like the sofa, its comfortable and the color is great. Overall a good experience and price. The only problem I had was I planned on receiving it in the 5-8 days they spoke of however it showed up in three days. Not all the packages came on the same day. Three out of four came the first day and an ottoman the second. I live in the back of a quad and shipping says curb delivery . Thankfully the fed ex driver delivered to my door and a friend helped get the packages inside. I have a very bad back so if you have difficulty with heavy packaging make sure you have help when they deliver. Since I have only had it for two weeks I cant speak of durability but today it looks like it did the first day

Ok. When we put every thing together I was re day to return. It was much lower than I expected. I have elderly parents and I just knew they would not like it but to my surprise they loved how comfy it was even if they did need assistance getting up. I am so glad we kept it! I love the soft feel. The most comfy sofa ever!
Got the 94" love seat in green and first off, it is gorgeous. Everyone that has seen it loves the color. It was surprisingly easy to put together as well. The love seat is super comfy and perfect for naps. The downsides are that the cushions don't have a way to be fixed to the base so they do slide around a lot. It makes moving the ottoman quite annoying. The other thing is I didn't realize there was no support to the "arm rests." They are are just short squishy cushions that provide no support.
This couch was so easy to put together and it is instantly comfy. It definitely beats the cheap bean bags I was using before. I can easily “cozepod” up with my little dog and relax after a long day at work.
This is the couch I’ve been looking for. It is comfortable and legit feels like sinking into a cloud.
I would highly recommend purchasing a Cloudies if you want a sofa that you can sink into and relax.

Ordered the olive velvet couch. The couch is comfy, but the cushions for the seat, the back, and the ottoman are not attached, so they slide around easily. The base seems sturdy and it was easy to assemble with fast shipping.
I'm absolutely in love with my couch, I end up sleeping on it as much as my bed, the foam is firm but still cradles your whole body. I cannot say enough good things! It was super easy to set up and moving it is a breeze. You will not be disappointed! I will definitely be ordering another couch from cozepod if I need another one.
We ordered a 3 seat sofa, but the delivery company lost the middle seat. Cozepod responded to my emails quickly and sent us a new one. We also love what is currently a love seat. Thank you!

I am in love with my Cloudie loveseat!! Delivery came 2 days earlier than expected. Set up took maybe 30 minutes, it was so simple. It is soooooooooo comfortable! If you're like i was just shopping around and couldn't justify the high prices out there, Get you one of these!!!!
