Return Period: You have 45 days from the date of delivery to decide if your CozePod purchase is perfect for you.
Condition: For a full refund, items must be returned in their good condition, including all packaging, parts, and accessories (with some exception). Products showing signs of use beyond what’s necessary for basic assembly and inspection may be subject to a restocking fee.
Return Shipping: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cozepod.com. We will then send you a return shipping label (if you add the return protection at checkout) along with instructions on how and where to send your package. For return without return protection service, customer are responsible to send the product back to us. Please ensure that you request a return before sending your item; items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at info@cozepod.com immediately. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.
Should you wish to exchange your item for a different model or color, we invite you to initiate a return for the original item under our return policy and subsequently place a new order for the item you prefer.
